Dover Pointe is a neighborhood community comprised of over 200 single family homes
located in the north area of Peoria, Illinois. More specifically, the community is between
Allen Road and Knoxville Ave (Rt40) on the north side of Wilhelm Road, and is about 2

Dover Pointe is within the boundaries of the City of Peoria, the School District 323 of
Dunlap, and the Chillicothe Park District.
The entire neighborhood consists of single family detached homes with minimum lot
sizes of 6,000 - 18,900 sq feet. The neighbor hood enjoys close proximity to several
shopping centers, restaurants, and large and small retail establishments. It is also within
1.5 miles of the Rock Island Trail, and has quick access to I-474 / I-74 via Route 6. Take a

The Association exists for the general betterment of the neighborhood including the
collection of dues, the administration of the financial records, the grounds keeping and
maintenance of the common areas, and the scheduling and production of social events.
