Illegal Solicitation: Be Aware

Subject: UNLAWFUL SOLICITATIONS
The Police Department was notified today about a group of children going door to door in the Richwoods area, unlawfully soliciting for contributions for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Peoria. Please be advised, that the Boys and Girls Club does not do door to door solicitations. The youth in question were last seen getting into a white van with Indiana registration plates.
